  1. By registering on, using and ordering the Rotiboy E-Commerce platform, the customer hereby accepts and comply with the terms and conditions of the Rotiboy E-Commerce site including the various Policies governing the Ordering, Delivery, Pick Up, Changes and Cancellation Policies.
A. ORDERING AND PAYMENT POLICY
  1. Menu selection will be displayed according to Date and time of Delivery or Pick Up.
  2. All orders are subject to product availability and while stock last.
  3. Orders will only be processed for Delivery or Pick Up when Payment is completed and received.
  4. Online orders can be made up to 14 days in advance but not less than 3.5 hours before selected Delivery or Pick up time.
B. SIGNATURE INFORMATION

Our signature buns are normally best consumed within 25 minutes after being baked.
By opting for online purchase and delivery, the product taste may be different as it takes time to deliver to our customers.
To ensure minimal loss in consumption experience, our delivery policy are as follows;

a. Buns for Delivery will be baked specifically for Delivery.
b. Fresh baked buns will be sent for delivered fresh from the oven.
c. We only deliver within a radius of a maximum 25 minutes from our Delivery outlet.
d. Signature buns may or may not be warm when delivered.

C. DELIVERY POLICY

As we are dealing in bakery, food and perishable products, in the interest of food freshness, quality and safety, it is most important that customers;

e. Be present to accept delivery at the selected time.
f. Avoid last minute changes in delivery times.
g. Avoid last minute cancellations.

a. 20 mins before or after the selected delivery time.

a. Orders can be cancelled with refund up to 3.5 hours before Delivery Time.
b. Any request for changes to delivery schedule must be made at least 3.5 hours before selected delivery time. Any changes requested must be for a later date and or time and are subject to availability of stock and delivery slot.

C3. DELIVERY REFUND POLICY
PRICE REFUND ONLY IF

a. Delivery cannot be performed or failed to be performed by Rotiboy.
b. Any rescheduling attempt within the cut off time is not successful due to logistics constraints or any other issues.
c. Cancellation is within the cut off time.

NO PRICE REFUND IF

d. Customer is not present at delivery address to receive the products at selected Delivery time.
e. Order is cancelled after cut off time.
f. Changes to delivery Date and Time is not requested before cut off time.

C4. DELIVERY FAILURE POLICY
  1. If any attempt by Rotiboy to deliver the products is unsuccessful due to customer non availability, the product will be disposed of upon return to the outlet.
  2. Refund policy as per Point B3 above will apply.
D. PICK UP POLICY

a. Products ordered and paid for are guaranteed for pick up to 15 mins after the selected Pick Up time.
b. Order will be automatically cancelled after 20 minutes after the selected Pick Up time.
c. Orders that are automatically cancelled as in point 2 will not be refunded.

D1. PICK UP CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

a. Orders can be cancelled with refund up to 3.5 hours before selected Pick Up time.
b. Any request for changes to delivery schedule must be made at least 3.5 hours before selected delivery time. Any changes requested are subject to stock availability.

D2. PICK UP REFUND POLICY
REFUND ONLY IF

a. Product is not available for pick up at the selected outlet at the selected time.
b. Any rescheduling attempt within the cut off time is not successful due to stock or other issues.
c. Cancellation is within the cut off time.

E. RETURN POLICY
  1. As all our products are perishable products with short shelf life and is also vulnerable to mishandling, the products CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.
  2. Despite our NO RETURN POLICY, we will investigate every feedback on our product and will take appropriate remedial actions depending on the nature and facts of each case.​​​​​​​
  3. Remedial action may include refund, partial refund, replacement products and any other action deemed appropriate by Rotiboy.​​​​​​​
